Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. We do not ship internationally.
Is a Certificate of Analysis (COA) available?
Yes. Each lot has a Certificate of Analysis. Find the lot number on your vial or carton and use it on the supplier COA lookup. See our COA page for details.
How should I store Research Water?
Follow the storage instructions printed on the container label and the lot COA. As general laboratory practice, keep unopened product in its original container, closed, and away from heat and direct light, and record the lot number in your lab notebook.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged product may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened containers cannot be returned. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer volume pricing for laboratories, universities and distributors. Submit the bulk quote form and we respond within 1 business day.
What is your research-use policy?
Research Water is sold for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use. Organization or lab name is required at checkout. See the Research Use Policy for details.
Is Research Water the same as bacteriostatic water?
Research Water is sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol. That composition is also catalogued by some vendors as bacteriostatic water. Always confirm composition against the label and the lot COA.
